What is The Hope Collective?
In the heart of historic Hope, Rhode Island, The Hope Collective is where work, creativity, and community flourish side by side. Our unique space blends a shared office, a fully equipped YouTube recording studio, and versatile event areas—both indoors and out—creating a home for innovators, artists, and neighbors alike.
Work at our bright, comfortable desks or collaborate with fellow members in an atmosphere designed to inspire. Content creators will love our professional-grade studio, perfect for filming, podcasting, and livestreaming. When it’s time to gather, our flexible indoor and outdoor performance spaces adapt for workshops, talks, concerts, and celebrations.
Beyond our walls, beautifully tended gardens and a welcoming picnic area invite members and guests to take their work or conversations outside. These green spaces aren’t just for breaks—they’re part of the magic here, offering a setting for open-air performances, casual meet-ups, and creative inspiration in every season.
Each month, Jess Powers Real Estate proudly sponsors events that bring our community together. From networking mixers and skill-building workshops to live music and neighborhood socials, The Hope Collective is a place where ideas grow, connections deepen, and creativity thrives.
Whether you’re here to focus, create, perform, or simply enjoy the company of inspired people, The Hope Collective offers more than a workspace—it’s a place where your projects and your community take root and bloom.
About Our
Building
The Hope Collective is housed in a beautifully restored 1826 Greek Revival building that has long been a cornerstone of the village of Hope, Rhode Island. Once home to the Howland-Gould General Store, the property retains many of its original details, including a remarkable granite basement and terraced gardens framed by a five-foot stone wall.
Inside, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to blend historic character with modern function. Sunlight spills into work areas, performance spaces open seamlessly to the outdoors, and our gardens and picnic area invite fresh-air gatherings in every season. The two-floor layout offers both cozy corners for focus and expansive areas for community events, while the building’s timeless architecture serves as a reminder of the history and resilience of Hope.
By honoring its past and reimagining its purpose, The Hope Collective offers more than just a place to work or perform—it’s a living part of the town’s story. Here, history and creativity meet, and the walls themselves seem to encourage new ideas, connections, and possibilities.
