An Artist-Led Workshop with Kristin Walcott
$48 per person | 1.5-hour class
Join Kristin Walcott for a spring-inspired afternoon of creating elegant, nature-forward gifts using locally sourced oyster shells.
What:
Spend two creative hours crafting a small collection of gilded oyster shell keepsakes—perfect as ornaments, gift tags, or bottle stoppers. These refined, coastal pieces make beautiful spring gifts and charming additions to your own home.
How:
Using decoupage techniques, delicate papers, and metallic gilding, Kristin will guide you step-by-step through transforming oyster shells into finished, gift-ready objects. You’ll create multiple pieces during the class, with plenty of room for personal style and experimentation.
Your $48 class fee includes all materials, expert instruction, and light refreshments in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Optional items to bring:
Reading glasses (for detail work), a small box or bag to safely transport your finished pieces, and any spring imagery or paper ephemera you’d like to incorporate. Keep in mind this is decoupage on a shell, so think paper napkins, tissue paper or other lightweight papers.
Come celebrate spring with a craft that’s timeless, tactile, and just a little bit magical ✨🦪
